About Me:

Hello,
          My name is Gil Morales and I am an Independent Senior Architectural Draftsman.  I obtained an Architectural Drafting Associates degree from a small Tech school in Phoenix, AZ and graduated in March of 1992.   

           I started my Architectural Draftsman career in June of 1992 at the age of 19 at a small Architectural firm in my Hometown of Bakersfield, CA.  I quickly learned how to run an Architectural office as I was often left alone to work on projects as well as answer the phone, run blueprints, run deliveries, run office errands, and was even tasked to buy the occasional donuts on Fridays.

        My first two years of work in the Architect’s office was mostly hand drafting and standing in the blueprint room for weeks at a time. 

               Today I am using AutoCAD LT & Revit LT 2023 to provide drafting service. The basic commands I learned back in 1990 are still effective along with the constant upgrades to the software over the years.  Keeping up with the latest software is vital in producing quality plans.

The vast amount and variety of projects I have taken a part of makes me proud of my work history.
